Requirement: The company wanted to expand their sports centre and purchase a temporary building to replace the inferior structure they had on hire. Solution: Spaciotempo’s manufacturing division and sister company, French based SF Protection, provided the answer. Two interlinking temporary buildings were purchased 20m x 30m and 20m x 55m, both with a side wall height of 5m. To ensure minimal condensation and temperature control, the building was provide with an insulated air-filled roof and insulated walls. Sub-contractors were then brought on board to equip the sports hall with special flooring, lighting and a VIP lounge. Benefit: Compared to the previous hired structure, which had poor lighting and water leakage, the new buildings were carefully and accurately adapted to the application, including a translucent membrane roofing allowing for natural light. Being modular, the buildings could be expanded as and when the business expanded further. |
