Living Base

For long term military and civilian projects, Spaciotempo’s Living Base system provides flexible modular construction with the finish of a permanent building. It can provide flexible solutions for living quarters, emergency accommodation, portable offices, kitchens, classrooms and temporary storage.

	DESIGN AND OPTIONS	Living Base units have a high degree of exterior and interior flexibility and are configured to meet the project in hand. Options include security, lighting, electrical, heating, colour, air conditioning, plumbing, windows, etc.
	MODULAR CONSTRUCTION	Buildings can be linked together to form large scale complexes, constructed individually or built to work in conjunction with existing buildings.
	SIMPLE TO INSTALL	These highly portable buildings can be transported with ease by air, sea or road; on pallets, in racks or containers. Installation is quick and easy, requiring only limited tools and equipment.
	DURABLE AND SECURE	Living Base units are built to withstand the harshest of terrains, whilst fully complying with British and European safety standards for structural integrity, fire and safety codes. • General Snow Loading BS6399 part 3 1988. • General Wind Loading CP3 – Chapter V: PT2: 1972. • All roof, wall and floor systems are tested to meet British Fire and Safety Codes. • Various levels of fire resistance are available.

	COMFORT	The design of the interior and exterior walls, floor and roofing systems ensure efficient thermal insulation and acoustics. Buildings can be specified with heating, air conditioning and sophisticated ventilation systems to provide the perfect temperature.
