To ensure uninterrupted access to sports amenities during the two-year development period, the university sought a temporary solution. The solution needed to be operational within a stringent five-month timeframe, encompassing planning, groundwork, and construction phases. Additionally, the temporary complex had to meet high standards of safety, functionality, and comfort, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Spaciotempo's approach involved the creation of a bespoke, 3,000-square-metre sports complex. Fitness Suite: A fully equipped gymnasium catering to a wide range of fitness activities, ensuring students had access to essential workout equipment. Squash Courts: Three professional-grade courts constructed to meet competitive standards, allowing for both practice and tournaments. Dance Studios: Two studios featuring sprung floors, ideal for dance and aerobic sessions, enhancing safety and performance. Support Facilities: Comprehensive wet and dry changing rooms, administrative offices, storage areas, and a welcoming reception area to support daily operations. Spaciotempo undertook extensive groundwork, including the installation of drainage systems, and provided all necessary structural components such as framework, flooring, electrical systems, heating, and fixtures. This all-encompassing service ensured that the university received a fully functional facility without the need to coordinate multiple contractors.
