Their existing workshop facilities were no longer sufficient, and with a surge in demand for construction and brickwork courses, a quick solution was essential. The college needed a structure that could fit within the limited space of the campus while providing a functional and flexible learning environment. The newly installed semi-permanent workshop at NSCG Newcastle College, providing 75sqm of additional space for construction and brickwork students. Next ## The solution Spaciotempo designed, fabricated, and installed a brand-new 75sqm semi-permanent workshop (5m x 15m x 3m) in just three days. Despite the project being approved at the last minute, the team worked efficiently to ensure it was completed on time. Positioned within the perimeter of an existing fence and next to the college’s current facilities, the installation made optimal use of the available space without disrupting campus operations.
