SOLUTION:

UK based paper manufacturer, Dempson Ltd, produce an extensive range of paper products including sheeted paper and bags. They are continuingly growing and expanding their product range to meet customer demands. Due to this expansion, they needed a storage solution that was flexible and adaptable but one that would not financially burden them.

So, they turned to us, a leading temporary building supplier, with over 40 years of experience. We provided them with a 15m by 25m temporary storage building, giving them 300sqm of extra storage space. Our temporary storage buildings allow you to increase your facilities, as you need them.

With our own in-house CAD design department, we work collaboratively with our customers to create the perfectly bespoke temporary building. For Dempson Ltd, we reacted quickly to their inquiry, visited their site and began installation with Spaciotempo’s own qualified operations staff. Their temporary storage structure, consisted of hard UPVC walling, 2 personnel doors, 1 electric roller shutter door, 6 high bay lights and 40 meters of guttering (20m each side). Due to them manufacturing paper products, it was important that all stock stayed dry. So, we installed a thermo roof, which minimises condensation.

Scott Jameson, Spaciotempo’s Managing Director commented, ‘Due to the flexibility of our temporary buildings and the option of a hire contract, we could provide Dempson with exactly what they required efficiently and to the highest of standards.’
