When a leading multi-franchise car dealership, based in the south of England developed plans to introduce the BMW brand into their existing MINI site in Kentish Town, London, Spaciotempo had the perfect solution. By offering a temporary car showroom facility with the flexibility of long-term hire, Spire Automotive were able to get up and running quickly while they managed their redevelopment, but also benefited from the stylish and professional interior feel, demanded by their customers.
When Spire Automotive had plans to introduce a BMW dealership to their current MINI site in Kentish town, London. Spaciotempo offered them the ideal semi-permanent car showroom solution.
While many of Spaciotempo’s temporary car showroom customers opt for a short-term solution, hiring the structure for a number of months, while redevelopment work takes place on site, Spire Automotive opted for a long-term hire of a temporary car showroom, complete with large windows and built-in glass fronted offices. Since installation, the temporary building has been fitted out throughout, with flooring and furniture of the highest quality, giving it the professional edge you would expect from any BMW showroom.
Scott Jameson, MD at Spaciotempo, explains why the finish of our Spaciotempo temporary car showroom interiors is so important; “For our automotive customers, their temporary showroom needs to epitome their brand for quite some time – so it is essential that we can offer a permanent-style finish wherever possible. And although the standard is already very high, we are always trying to innovate and improve the variety of options we can offer our customers – that’s why we are now introducing a new style of showroom glazed window, and bi-parting glazed doors enabling vehicle access and enhancing the sense of light and space.”
