Temporary Building Solution Goes a Long Way to Tipperary

Spaciotempo have secured a major temporary building contract in for C&C Group plc, one of the world’s largest manufacturers, marketers and distributors of branded beverages and savory snacks. The company also exports a range of spirits and liqueurs, to over 80 overseas markets.

C&C Group contacted Spaciotempo when they needed a vast amount of additional temporary warehousing space for their export brand of Bulmers Cider. As the group does not own the Bulmers brand name outside, it launched Magners in 1999; the international equivalent of Bulmers. Magners Original Irish Cider arrived in in 2002 and is now the fastest growing packaged cider in the country.

To accommodate this increasing demand for Magners, not just in the, but in Europe, and the Middle East, the company has installed a new manufacturing unit at their production plant in Clonmel, Tipperary. This immense increase in production will obviously need extra storage prior to distribution, which is where Spaciotempo come into the equation, providing an incredible 7,500 sq m of additional warehousing space made up of 5 buildings, 30m wide by 50m long and 6m high.

Looks like we won’t have to go a long way to Tipperary this summer, for a premium pint of Irish Cider!
