ISO Quality standard shows commitment to customers at Spaciotempo

A leading temporary building company says the acquisition of an important quality standard demonstrates its commitment to customer service. Subsequently, Spaciotempo UK Ltd has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification – the widely-recognised framework for good business management. And the company says the award, illustrates its dedication to customer satisfaction.

Secondly, Scott Jameson, managing director of Spaciotempo, said: “We’re delighted to have achieved this ISO certification as it shows we’re putting our clients first. It’s official recognition that our policies, practices and procedures are of a consistent high standard and it shows our commitment to quality. It involved setting measurable objectives and incorporating corrective and preventative measures. Along with implementing new methods of monitoring customer satisfaction. To conclude, the entire workforce was trained in the new or updated procedures and key members of staff remain part of the review and improvement process.
