A LEADING temporary building company says the acquisition of an important quality standard demonstrates its commitment to customer service. Spaciotempo UK Ltd has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification – the widely-recognised framework for good business management. And the company says the award, which covers the key area of Quality Management, illustrates its dedication to customer satisfaction.
Scott Jameson, managing director of Spaciotempo, said: “We’re delighted to have achieved this certification as it shows we’re putting our clients first. It’s official recognition that our policies, practices and procedures are of a consistent high standard and it shows our commitment to quality. Customers choosing a temporary building supplier can now be totally confident that we’ll provide the best possible service. And because our certification is subject to an annual external audit, that will remain the case in future.”
Spaciotempo, market leaders in the design, manufacture and sale of temporary buildings for the industrial, distribution, retail and sports sectors, were awarded the standard after undergoing an extensive process of review and improvement. It involved setting measurable objectives and incorporating corrective and preventative measures along with implementing new methods of monitoring customer satisfaction. The Staffordshire-based company’s entire workforce was trained in the new or updated procedures and key members of staff remain part of the review and improvement process.
