Ikea in Croydon initially needed a marquee to house a new product line. It rented two 10m x 20m H3 structures with cassette floor, roller shutter doors, porta ramps and lighting.
In total, five structures were hired for a period of five months, to act as back of house storage and front of house collection areas. These included both soft and hard sided structures and ranged in size from a 5m x 20m to a 6m x 40m.

A temporary loading canopy was required by Foulgers Transport for a period of six months while an extension was being built on the main factory.

Laundry company Abbey Glen purchased a 10m x 25m H2 Hoecker with new manufactured roof skins, new single skin steel cladding and personnel doors, staked to tarmac.
It later bought a second structure, also to house laundry, measuring 15m x 20m. The H3 Hoecker was fitted with new Tempawall cladding and roller shutter door, staked to tarmac.
